excellent location historic sites professional staff

The hotel's location was superb. I could easily walk to the cathedral and many historic sites (this made sightseeing so easy). i found several restaurants and food stores nearby, providing plenty of dining options. the staff was corporate and helpful . I appreciated their professionalism.

i noticed the windows could use a cleaning for a better view.

central location spacious room helpful staff

The hotel is very central! near shops and the bus station. The room was spacious, I also found it warm. The staff kindly allowed me to take my cycle to my room, a great help. Breakfast was nice.

convenient location simple travel brief walk

the location proved convenient since it was near the transport museum. the bus station's proximity simplified travel. i found a supermarket just a brief walk away which helped with getting snacks and drinks.

the windows seemed to have gone without cleaning for ages which did slightly diminish the view

the lift worked quickly (which was helpful) to move between floors. security personnel were visible near the doors in the evening. the staff provided helpful service .

Adequate stay near the city center

spacious room convenient location missing plug unpleasant night

The room was spacious, it had nearly all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is SOOO good for the city center.

The hotel reception COULDN'T provide a plug for the bath. I had a BAD night with guests shouting at 3am. It was very unpleasant.
